2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Brown Sugar
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Medium Sourdough Round

Sliced Granny Smith Apples
Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté until the onions begin to brown.
Reduce heat to low. Add the trimmed brie and cream cheese to the pan and stir occasionally until the cheeses are just melted. Remove from heat.
Add the sour cream, lemon juice, brown sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce to the melted cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the top off the sourdough round and scoop out the inside leaving ¾ inch of bread in the shell. Spoon cheese mixture into the prepared bread bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Replace sourdough lid.
Wrap bread bowl in foil and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with sliced baguette and apple slices.
*This dip can be made ahead and then baked the next day.
